For guests staying at our cabins, a leisurely walk through the village will lead you directly to the sauna facility. Practical Information
- Season: Open year-round, with daily operations from May to September and sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from October to April
- Facilities: The floating sauna features a spacious changing room with private stalls, electric heating, and large panoramic windows. Toilet and shower facilities are available nearby. Access to the fjord for swimming is provided via ladders from the dock or a hatch within the sauna
- Accessibility: Suitable for individuals aged 12 and above; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The facility is designed to accommodate guests of varying mobility levels, though accessing the fjord requires the use of ladders
- Price: Shared sauna sessions (1.5 hours) are priced at NOK 425 per person. Private sauna sessions (1.5 hours) are available for groups up to 12 people at NOK 2,850 total. Towels can be rented for an additional fee of NOK 60
- Tickets: Reservations are recommended and can be made online through the official FjordSauna website. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability
